Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Among other things, they allow the site to remember your preferences and provide a more consistent browsing experience.

Alongside cookies, this site also uses your browser's local storage to remember your decision about cookies. It is covered by this same policy.

These are strictly necessary for the site to work and to remember your decision about the rest of the cookies. They are exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

Specifically, your decision about cookies is stored in your browser's local storage under the key «roomfid-cookie-consent». It contains no personal data, is never sent to any server, and stays on your device until you delete it or change your decision.

If you give your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which lets us understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it.

Purpose: to measure the number of visitors and page views, to see which content is of most interest, where traffic comes from, and which interactions take place — for example, submitting the contact form, using the savings calculator or clicking our contact details. The information is analysed in aggregate, statistical form; it is not used to build advertising profiles and is not combined with other sources.

Cookies set: «_ga», which identifies the browser pseudonymously and is kept for 2 years; and «_ga_<ID>» (for example, «_ga_ABCDE12345»), which maintains session state and is likewise kept for 2 years. Both are third-party cookies.

Legal basis: your consent (article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and article 6.1.a of the GDPR). These cookies are not set until you give it.

The first time you visit the site, a notice lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. Until you decide — and also if you reject them — those cookies are not set.

We apply Google Consent Mode v2: tags load with every storage permission denied by default and are only activated if you accept. If you reject or do not decide, Google may receive anonymous, aggregate signals that use no cookies and cannot identify you or recognise your device.

We have in place with Google the data processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.

Using Google Analytics may involve transferring data to Google LLC in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, and additionally on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can change your decision at any time, and as easily as you gave it: click «Cookie preferences» in the footer and choose again. If you withdraw your consent, we stop setting analytics cookies immediately.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

You can also allow, block or delete cookies already stored through your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or others), or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Note that blocking certain cookies may affect how the site works.

Apart from Google Analytics, described above, this site does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not display personalised advertising. Should this change, we would ask for your consent again and update this policy.

ROOMFID may update this Cookie Policy to reflect new legislation or changes in the tools used. The version published on the website is always the one in force.
